Dr. Ronald Peters, MD, MPH is trained in family medicine and has earned a Masters of Public in the prevention of disease. Dr. Ronald Peters has 30 years of experience in nutritional biochemistry and holistic health care.
He has studied with Master teachers, leading to an understanding of the formative power of the conscious and unconscious mind, when he summarized in his ground-breaking book, Edgework, Exploring the Psychology of Disease.
Dr. Ronald Peters is an accomplished writer and lecturer and is highly effective in helping people learn from their health problems and restore their health both physically and psychologically.
Dr. Ronald Peters graduated from Stanford University with honors. He then attended UCLA School of Medicine followed by a Masters in Public Health at the UCLA School of Public Health. Recognizing the limitations of conventional medical training with its emphasis on drugs and surgery, he has devoted the past 40 years to the study of integrative, or functional, medicine. He worked at the Pritikin Longevity Center and then developed the InnerHealth Program, both in Los Angeles.
